Here is a list of the main changes which have taken place to London Buses services since publication of The Greater London Bus Map No. 40 and the 2023 edition of The Greater London Night Bus Map.

Route 427 withdrawn between Southall Broadway and Acton, and rerouted at Southall Broadway via South Street and Southall Station to terminate at Southall (Merrick Road).
Route B14 withdrawn between Bexleyheath Library and Bexleyheath Shopping Centre.
Route 1 Withdrawn between Holborn Station and Tottenham Court Road, and rerouted via current Route 168 to terminate at Hampstead Heath.
Routes 8, N8 and N242 re-routed in both directions via Bishopsgate and Cornhill instead of Threadneedle Street.
Routes 26 and N26 re-routed in both directions via Bishopsgate, Cornhill, Poultry and Queen Street instead of Threadneedle Street.
Route 79 rerouted at Alperton (Ealing Road) via Mount Pleasant and Beresford Avenue to Stonebridge Park Station.
Route 83 extended from Alperton Station via Ealing Road and Glacier Way to Alperton (Sainsbury's).
Route 95 rerouted from Somerset Road direct to Lady Margaret Road in both directions. It will no longer serve Cornwall Avenue, Allenby Road, Dormer's Wells Lane, Burns Avenue and Carlyle Avenue.
Routes 123, 158 and 486 night service introduced on all nights of the week.
Route 168 withdrawn.
Route 188 withdrawn between Holborn Station and Russell Square, and rerouted to Tottenham Court Road Station.
Route 223 extended from Harrow Bus Station to Harrow View West (Eastman Village) via Headstone Road and Harrow View.
Route 339 rerouted between Marshgate Lane and Wick Lane via Monier Bridge and Monier Road, and will no longer serve Bassett Lane, White Post Lane, Rothbury Road or Wansbeck Road.
Route 607 renumbered SL8 with a late evening service introduced.
Route 626 rerouted to serve Potters Bar station in both directions.
Route 692 withdrawn.
Route E5 rerouted in the Dormers Wells Area from Telford Road via Burns Avenue and Carlyle Avenue to Lady Margaret Road in both directions. It will no longer serve Dormer's Wells Lane, North Road, Thurston Road, Allendale Avenue, Dormer's Avenue or Denbigh Road.
Route SL10 new Limited Stop route between Harrow Bus Station and North Finchley via Kenton, Kingsbury, West Hendon, Hendon Central and Finchley Central.
Route X26 renumbered SL7.
Route X68 renumbered SL6.
Route X140 renumbered SL9.
Routes N21, N550 and N551 re-routed in both directions via Poultry and Queen Street instead of part of Queen Victoria Street.
Routes 223, 251, 626 and H17 are now operated by Metroline
Routes 78, 157, 265, 366, 368, 450 and D3 are now operated by Go-Ahead
Routes 276, 346 and D7 are now operated by Stagecoach
Routes 340 and SL10 are now operated by RATP
Routes 363, 404 and C3 are now operated by Abellio
Routes 628, 643, 653, 683 and 688 are now operated by UNO
Routes N8 and N242 re-routed in both directions via Bishopsgate and Cornhill instead of Threadneedle Street.
Routes N21, N550 and N551 re-routed in both directions via Poultry and Queen Street instead of part of Queen Victoria Street.
Route N26 re-routed in both directions via Bishopsgate, Cornhill, Poultry and Queen Street instead of Threadneedle Street and part of Queen Victoria Street.
